Craft AI is hiring a Senior Senior Machine Learning Engineer on the Decision AI team (Hybrid · Paris, France). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Craft AI — Decision automation AI

Role context: Decision AI · based in Paris · ~50-100 people · Startup · LLM/genAI focus: Partial.

You will own delivery across the AI lifecycle—data and evaluation, modeling or LLM-based features, production rollout, and close collaboration with product and domain experts—with pragmatic ownership and clear stakeholder communication.
