Hudson Vertex Labs is hiring a Senior AI Solutions Architect — financial services on the Customer engineering team (Hybrid · New York, United States). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.
You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect in New York (hybrid). You will split time between customer workshops, hands-on prototypes, and internal enablement.
What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions to map data estates, compliance boundaries, and success metrics for AI pilots.
- Produce reference architectures (VPC, identity, logging, model routing) aligned to customer control frameworks.
- Build rapid prototypes (RAG, summarisation, document Q&A) that de-risk enterprise procurement.
- Partner with sales on RFP responses, security questionnaires, and executive readouts.
- Feed customer insights back into product and field engineering roadmaps.
What we look for
- 7+ years in customer-facing technical roles (SA, forward-deployed engineer, or consulting).
- Deep AWS or Azure networking and IAM experience; understanding of LLM deployment patterns.
- Excellent writing and live whiteboarding skills; calm under executive scrutiny.
- US work authorisation.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in capital markets, payments, or insurance technology.
- Formal risk or architecture certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS SA Pro).
