Bitpanda is hiring a Senior Senior AI Developer — fintech copilots on the Product AI team (Hybrid · Vienna, Austria). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Senior AI Developer (hybrid Vienna): support automation, fraud signals, and personalized insights under EU financial regulation.

About Bitpanda

Viennese fintech unicorn regulated across EU markets.

What you will do

Build RAG over help articles with citation requirements.
Improve fraud and anomaly models on trading flows.
Document models for internal risk and compliance review.

Stack & environment

Python, LangChain, PyTorch, AWS.
Hybrid Vienna 1010.

Fintech ML/LLM; German a plus.
Eligible to work in Austria.
