Publicada 19 nov 2026 ASOS is hiring a Senior Senior ML Engineer — fashion discovery on the Personalization team (Hybrid · London, United Kingdom). This is a hands-on role in computer vision & geospatial AI —not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.
You will own vision, sensor, or geospatial models in production end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Improve recommendation and search models with A/B discipline. Build multimodal embeddings for outfit and visual search. Monitor model drift across seasons and trend spikes. Stack & environment
Python, PyTorch, Spark, Kubernetes. Hybrid London NW1. What we look for
E-commerce or recommender systems at scale. Right to work in the UK. Python
Production Python for data pipelines, model code, APIs, and automated tests—not notebook-only workflows.
PyTorch
Training and inference with PyTorch: reproducible experiments, checkpointing, and deployment-minded exports.
SQL
Analytical SQL for features, cohorts, label quality, and experiment analysis at scale.
Computer Vision
Image or video models with clear eval harnesses (precision/recall, calibration, or domain-specific scores).
Spark Tool
Distributed feature generation and batch scoring on large tabular or event datasets.
Kubernetes Tool
Deploying and scaling model services with health checks, autoscaling, and rollout discipline.
