Ganloss (“we”, “us”) operates a hiring marketplace for AI-forward talent and employers. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use our website and services. If you disagree with this policy, please do not use the platform.
Data we process
- Account data — name, email, and authentication details you provide when registering as a candidate or employer.
- Profile & application content — headlines, bios, skills, project descriptions, CV links or uploads, cover letters, and similar fields you submit.
- Employer content — job listings, company names, and messages sent through the product.
- Technical data — standard server logs, cookies or similar technologies needed for sessions, security, and basic analytics.
How we use data

Information you submit to a public candidate profile may be visible to visitors and indexed by search engines. Job postings are similarly public. Application content is shared with the employer receiving the application and is not treated as a public directory listing unless we state otherwise in-product.
Retention
We retain data as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account subject to applicable law and legitimate business records requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us using the details your deployment provides (e.g. support email in your environment configuration) to exercise these rights.
Changes
