Collibra is hiring a Senior Senior AI Developer — data governance copilots on the Data intelligence AI team (Hybrid · Brussels, Belgium). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Collibra is the data governance platform trusted by global enterprises — metadata intelligence and AI copilots from Brussels EU quarter.

Senior AI Developer (hybrid Brussels): RAG over data catalogs, policy assistants, and lineage NLP with enterprise ACLs.

What you will do

Build copilots that query metadata without leaking restricted fields.
Evaluate answer faithfulness on synthetic governance scenarios.
Integrate with Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud catalogs.

Stack & environment

Python, LangChain, PyTorch, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes.
Hybrid Brussels; English primary; French/Dutch a plus.

What we look for

5+ years LLM/RAG in enterprise data or SaaS.
Eligible to work in Belgium/EU.
