MoMo is hiring a Senior ML Engineer — super-app personalization on the Growth ML team (Hybrid · Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam). This is a hands-on role in NLP & language AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own language understanding, generation, and quality metrics end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

MoMo is Vietnam's leading super-app — payments, lending, and lifestyle from Ho Chi Minh City.

ML Engineer: personalization, fraud, and Vietnamese NLP copilots.

Missions

Growth and risk models on wallet and lending products.
Vietnamese language eval sets for support automation.
