Principal Product Manager — GenAI features

Citystack AI is hiring a Lead Principal Product Manager — GenAI features on the Product — AI team (Hybrid · London, United Kingdom). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

We seek a Principal PM in London to own discovery→GA journeys for flagship GenAI features, partnering closely with Applied ML and GRC.

What you will do

• Define hypotheses, KPI trees, and success metrics for ambiguous LLM-driven workflows.
• Run structured betas with design partners; synthesise qualitative + quantitative feedback.
• Co-author PRDs that capture policy, safety, and data-handling constraints explicitly.
• Align sales and CS on packaging, limits, and roadmap transparency for enterprise buyers.
• Represent the customer in roadmap forums and quarterly business reviews.

What we look for

• 6+ years product management in B2B SaaS with at least one GenAI or ML-powered surface shipped to paying users.
• Ability to read technical design docs and partner credibly with engineers on eval metrics.
• Executive presence; calm prioritisation when research and sales pull in different directions.
• Experience with regulated or high-trust industries is a strong plus.
• UK working rights.

Nice to have

• SQL fluency for self-serve analysis.
• Design thinking workshops and narrative storytelling for C-level buyers.
