Lead Product Manager — GenAI & copilots

Geoox is hiring a Lead Lead Product Manager — GenAI & copilots on the Product — AI experiences team (Hybrid · Paris, France). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

We are scaling customer-facing copilots across multiple B2B suites. Product, legal, and applied ML need one accountable lead who can align roadmaps, experimentation, and disclosure requirements without slowing shipping.

This Paris-based hybrid role reports to the VP Product and partners daily with GRC, sales engineering, and customer success for flagship accounts.

What you will do

• Frame vision, quarterly OKRs, and launch readiness checklists for GenAI features embedded in workflow tools.
• Run discovery with design partners—synthesis, journey maps, adoption metrics, and executive QBR narratives.
• Co-own eval dashboards with ML: quality, latency, cost/token, and escalation paths for regressions.
• Coordinate beta programs in EU markets with localisation, policy, and accessibility requirements.
• Align enablement assets (docs, videos, CSM playbooks) ahead of general availability.

What we look for

• 6+ years PM experience with 2+ delivering ML- or LLM-backed features to paying customers.
• Structured writing, sharp prioritisation, and comfort with ambiguous model behaviour.
• Fluency in English; professional French highly valued for stakeholder work.
• Experience with enterprise procurement, security questionnaires, and phased rollouts.

Nice to have

• SQL or notebooks for self-serve experimentation readouts.
• Prior work under EU AI Act readiness programs or ISO-style control environments.
