Revolut is hiring a Lead AI Solutions Architect — enterprise GenAI on the AI platform team (Hybrid · London, United Kingdom). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Revolut scales GenAI across support, risk, and internal ops from London.

AI Solutions Architect: blueprints for RAG, agents, and compliance-aware GenAI across squads.

Missions

Define reference architectures for multi-team GenAI delivery.
Balance latency, cost, and regulatory constraints in fintech.

Stack & environment

Python, LangChain, Kubernetes, AWS, vector DBs.
