GCash is hiring a Senior Senior ML Engineer — financial services AI on the Risk & growth team (Hybrid · Manila, Philippines). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

GCash (Mynt) is the Philippines' dominant mobile wallet — tens of millions of users from BGC, Manila.

Senior ML Engineer: fraud, credit, and Tagalog/English support AI.

Missions

Risk models on P2P and merchant payments.
Evaluated LLM flows for in-app customer care.

Stack & environment
