LightOn is hiring a Senior AI Solutions Architect — Enterprise rollouts on the Customer engineering team (Hybrid · Zurich, Switzerland). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Zurich customer engineering org helps global enterprises adopt private LLM stacks with clear security boundaries. You will lead architecture workshops and pragmatic pilots.

Hybrid engagement; German and English professional fluency strongly preferred.

What you will do

Translate C-level goals into reference architectures, RACI plans, and phased roadmaps.
Prototype RAG and agent flows on customer VPC sandboxes with reproducible notebooks.
Coordinate with internal product on gap analysis and committed feature timelines.
Support RFP/security reviews with crisp written responses.
Mentor junior SAs on storytelling and technical depth balance.

What we look for

10+ years enterprise technology roles (consulting, SA, or FDE).
Deep multi-cloud networking and identity design skills.
Hands-on LLM integration experience beyond demos.

Nice to have

FSI compliance familiarity (FINMA, ECB guidance).
Kubernetes hardening experience.
