Freterium is hiring a Senior ML Engineer — logistics intelligence on the Supply chain AI team (Hybrid · Casablanca, Morocco). This is a hands-on role in applied machine learning—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own modeling, evaluation, and production ML delivery end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Freterium digitizes freight and logistics for African and European shippers from Casablanca.

ML Engineer: ETA prediction, route optimization, and document intelligence on customs paperwork.

Missions

Ship models tied to on-time delivery and cost KPIs.
Improve OCR on bills of lading and invoices (FR/AR).

Stack & environment

Python, PyTorch, SQL, PostgreSQL.
