Doctolib is hiring a Senior Chef de projet IA — copilots santé on the GenAI delivery team (Hybrid · Paris, France). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.
You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Chef de projet IA : piloter rollout multi-équipes avec planning, risques RGPD/HDS et comités métiers.
Missions
- Tenir planning, budget et RAID log sur programmes copilots.
- Coordonner data, ML, legal et support patient.
- Préparer go-live avec critères evals et formation utilisateurs.
Stack & environnement
- Jira, Notion, checklists eval LLM.
- Hybrid Paris, télétravail partiel.
Profil recherché
- 5+ ans chef de projet logiciel ou IA.
- Expérience secteur régulé un plus.
