HPS is hiring a Senior AI Developer — payment fraud & copilots on the Payment intelligence team (Hybrid · Rabat, Morocco). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

HPS powers payment processing for banks across Africa and the Middle East from Rabat.

AI Developer: fraud detection, issuer copilots, and PCI-aware LLM workflows.

Missions

Real-time fraud models on card and wallet transactions.
GenAI tools for support and implementation teams.

Stack & environment

Python, LangChain, Kubernetes, Azure.
