Criteo is hiring a Senior Senior ML Engineer — ad ranking on the Commerce ML team (Hybrid · Lyon, France). This is a hands-on role in search & recommendations—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own ranking, retrieval, and online experimentation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Criteo powers commerce media and retail advertising — real-time bidding and personalization from Lyon engineering hub.

Senior ML Engineer (hybrid Lyon 7e): conversion models, creative optimization, and auction intelligence.

What you will do

Improve CTR/CVR models with causal and uplift methods.
Optimize feature pipelines for sub-10ms scoring.
Run holdout experiments tied to advertiser ROI.
