Personio is hiring a Senior Senior AI Developer — HR copilots on the Product AI team (Hybrid · Munich, Germany). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Senior AI Developer (hybrid Munich): LLM assistants for HR admins and employees with GDPR-first design and multilingual EU support.

About Personio

What you will do

Implement RAG over HR policies with role-based access.
Build evals for PII leakage and incorrect policy answers.
Ship features behind flags with DACH and EU rollout plans.

What we look for

Enterprise SaaS LLM experience; German a plus.
Eligible to work in Germany.
