Charles River Health AI is hiring a Senior Clinical AI Product Manager on the Clinical products team (Hybrid · Boston, United States). This is a hands-on role in applied machine learning—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.
You will own modeling, evaluation, and production ML delivery end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

We seek a Clinical AI Product Manager in Boston (hybrid) anchored in clinician workflows.
What you will do
- Shadow clinicians and admins to prioritise backlog items with measurable time or quality impact.
- Coordinate IRB/ethics pathways, clinical safety thresholds, and change-management assets.
- Define analytics for adoption, burnout indicators, and model drift surfaced to CMIO councils.
- Align engineering on FHIR interoperability, HIPAA logging, and break-glass policies.
- Partner with Legal on marketing claims and SOC2 evidence tied to ML releases.
What we look for
- 4+ years product management with at least 2 years in healthcare technology.
- Clinical orientation (RN, MD, NP, PA) or sustained collaboration with practising clinicians strongly preferred.
- Comfort balancing regulatory nuance with shipping velocity.
- US work authorisation.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Epic/Cerner integration programs.
- Experience with CDS hooks or HIPAA audit log review.
