Publicada 24 nov 2026 CyberAgent is hiring a Senior Senior AI Developer — ads & media intelligence on the AI Lab team (Hybrid · Tokyo, Japan). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI —not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.
You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.
CyberAgent is a major Japanese internet media and ad-tech group — Abema, games, and ad platforms — with AI Lab in Shibuya, Tokyo .

Train models for ad relevance and user segmentation. Build Japanese NLP pipelines for content moderation and tagging. Prototype generative features with offline quality evals. Stack & environment

Ads, media, or NLP ML; Japanese collaboration a plus. Eligible to work in Japan. Python
Production Python for data pipelines, model code, APIs, and automated tests—not notebook-only workflows.
PyTorch
Training and inference with PyTorch: reproducible experiments, checkpointing, and deployment-minded exports.
NLP
Text pipelines: tokenization, fine-tuning, evaluation, and guardrails for user-facing language features.
SQL
Analytical SQL for features, cohorts, label quality, and experiment analysis at scale.
Kubernetes Tool
Deploying and scaling model services with health checks, autoscaling, and rollout discipline.
GCP Tool
Regular use of GCP in the LLM & generative AI stack—configuration, debugging, and team conventions.
