What the team is looking for and how this position fits.
Smile is hiring a Mid Scrum Master IA — delivery GenAI on the GenAI practice team (Hybrid · Bordeaux, France). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.
You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Missions
- Faciliter squads mixtes (data, dev, architecte) sur sprints 2 semaines.
- Anticiper blocages accès data, GPU cloud et validation sécurité.
- Préparer démos client avec critères d'acceptation signés.

Profil recherché
- Scrum Master certifié ; expérience projets IA/ data.
- Consulting ou ESN apprécié.
