What the team is looking for and how this position fits.
Hootsuite is hiring a Senior AI Project Manager — social marketing copilots on the Owly AI delivery team (Hybrid · Vancouver, Canada). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.
You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.
Hootsuite Owly AI helps marketers draft and schedule social content. AI Project Manager coordinates GenAI releases across web and mobile.
Hybrid Vancouver: agile delivery with marketing-season launch windows.
What you will do
- Run release trains for copilot features across SKUs.
- Align legal on brand-safety and user-generated content policies.
- Track adoption and upgrade rates post-launch.

- 3+ years PM on B2B SaaS or consumer apps.
