What the team is looking for and how this position fits.

H Company is hiring a Senior Scrum Master IA — agents & LLM on the Delivery agents team (Hybrid · Paris, France). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Scrum Master IA : faciliter squads LLM/agents, lever les blocages GPU/infra et maintenir une cadence d'evals avant chaque release.

Missions

Animer cérémonies agile sur squads recherche appliquée + prod.
Suivre vélocité, WIP et dépendances MLOps.
Coacher l'équipe sur Definition of Done incluant evals et rollback.

Stack & environnement

Jira, Confluence, pipelines CI modèles.
Hybrid Paris.

Profil recherché

Certification Scrum ; expérience squads data/ML.
3+ ans facilitation tech.
