These terms govern access to and use of ganloss.com (“Ganloss”), a marketplace connecting candidates and employers in artificial intelligence in the United States.

1. Purpose

Ganloss lets candidates browse jobs, create a profile, and apply. Recruiters can publish listings and manage their hiring pipeline. Candidate signup is free.

2. User account

You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
Ganloss may suspend accounts for fraud or violations of these terms.

3. Job listings

Recruiters warrant that listings are genuine, comply with applicable US employment law, and do not include unlawful discrimination. Ganloss may remove non-compliant listings without notice.

4. Intellectual property

Site content (brand, design, copy) belongs to Ganloss. User content (resumes, job posts) remains yours; you grant Ganloss a license to display it on the platform.

5. Limitation of liability

Ganloss is a technical intermediary. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes or the complete accuracy of third-party information. Employment contracts are between candidate and employer.

6. Governing law
