IBM is hiring a Senior AI Project Manager — watsonx delivery on the Client AI programs team (Hybrid · London, United Kingdom). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

IBM watsonx delivers enterprise AI to UK clients. AI Project Manager runs watsonx implementations from discovery through hypercare.

Hybrid London South Bank: client-facing delivery with IBM methodology.

What you will do

Own statement of work, RAID, and steering committee cadence.
Coordinate data scientists, architects, and client SMEs.
Track UAT, training, and benefits realisation.

Stack & environment

watsonx, Kubernetes, hybrid client + IBM London office.

What we look for

Consulting or enterprise software PM experience.
AI literacy required.
