Adobe is hiring a Senior Senior AI Developer — creative GenAI on the Firefly platform team (Hybrid · San Jose, United States). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Adobe Firefly powers generative creative tools. Senior AI Developer role: ship models and APIs for image, video, and design workflows at global scale.

Hybrid San Jose: latency, safety, and rights-managed training data are first-class requirements.

What you will do

Build inference services for Firefly features with A/B quality evals.
Optimise GPU cost and cold-start for creative cloud apps.
Collaborate with legal on content credentials and policy filters.

Stack & environment

Python, PyTorch, diffusion/CV stacks, Kubernetes.
Hybrid San Jose Park Avenue campus.
