Agreement
By accessing or using Ganloss (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The service
Ganloss provides software to publish talent profiles and job listings, search and discover opportunities, and exchange applications and related messages. We are a platform; we do not guarantee hires, outcomes, or the accuracy of user-generated content.
Accounts & content
You are responsible for your account credentials and for content you post. You must not misrepresent your identity, spam users, upload malware, scrape the Service in violation of our technical limits, or use the Service for unlawful discrimination or harassment. Employers and candidates remain solely responsible for employment decisions and compliance with labor and anti-discrimination law.
Intellectual property
Ganloss retains rights in the Service itself. You retain rights to content you submit; you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEURAWORK AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).
Changes & termination
We may modify these Terms or the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to your contracting entity as configured for your deployment, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive venue unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
Self-hosted or white-label deployments should replace this section with entity-specific governing law and venue with counsel review.
