   Principal engineer: CoreML sleep-stage model under 5MB with on-device calibration from user feedback. Federated fine-tune pipeline with per-round epsilon accounting and kill switches. Coach voice UI: on-device STT + intent; cloud LLM only on explicit opt-in with full offline fallback.
