JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Senior AI Project Manager — enterprise GenAI on the AI transformation team (Hybrid · New York, United States). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

JPMorgan Chase runs enterprise GenAI programs under strict model risk management. AI Project Manager owns delivery of internal copilots and document intelligence.

Hybrid New York: coordinate vendors, internal ML teams, and audit stakeholders.

What you will do

Plan releases with MRM checkpoints and documentation packs.
Track benefits realisation and adoption across business lines.
Escalate blockers on data access and inference capacity.

Stack & environment

Internal LLM gateways, policy tooling, NYC Madison Avenue hub.

What we look for

Financial services PM experience strongly preferred.
Comfort with regulated delivery.
