About this role

What the team is looking for and how this position fits.

RBC Borealis is hiring a Senior AI Project Manager — capital markets GenAI on the AI programs team (Hybrid · Toronto, Canada). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

RBC Borealis applies ML to capital markets and retail banking. AI Project Manager delivers GenAI pilots with model risk and audit alignment.

Hybrid Toronto Financial District: bilingual stakeholder management.

What you will do

Plan phases from POC to production with compliance gates.
Coordinate data engineering, ML, and business sponsors.
Document benefits cases and post-launch monitoring.

Stack & environment

Internal GPU clusters, policy tooling, hybrid Bay Street.

What we look for

Banking or regulated industry PM experience.
Eligible to work in Canada.
