Deliveroo is hiring a Senior AI Product Owner — logistics copilots on the AI product team (Hybrid · London, United Kingdom). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Deliveroo optimises logistics with AI copilots for riders, restaurants, and ops. AI Product Owner defines backlog for dispatch, support, and forecasting assistants.

Hybrid London: fast experimentation with clear guardrails on customer-facing text.

What you will do

Own roadmap for ops copilot features with measurable ETA impact.
Define acceptance tests on multilingual prompts.
Align with data science on model refresh cadence.

Stack & environment

SQL analytics, LangChain integrations, hybrid London EC4.

Product owner experience on data or ML products.
