BT Group is hiring a Mid HR Talent Partner — AI & data roles on the People & talent team (Hybrid · London, United Kingdom). This is a hands-on role in applied machine learning—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own modeling, evaluation, and production ML delivery end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

BT Group modernises telecom with data and AI talent at scale. HR Talent Partner supports hiring for analytics, ML, and automation roles across the UK.

Hybrid London: high-volume recruiting with hiring manager coaching.

What you will do

Run full-cycle hiring for data/AI requisitions nationwide.
Build university and bootcamp partnerships for early-career pipelines.
Track funnel metrics and candidate experience NPS.

Stack & environment

Workday Recruiting, hybrid London.
Travel to regional hubs occasionally.

3+ years HR/TA in technology.
