Scotiabank is hiring a Senior Senior Talent Advisor — AI & analytics hiring on the Global talent team (Hybrid · Toronto, Canada). This is a hands-on role in applied machine learning—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own modeling, evaluation, and production ML delivery end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Scotiabank scales AI and analytics teams across Canada. Senior Talent Advisor recruits data scientists, ML engineers, and AI product roles.

Hybrid Toronto King Street: structured interviews and DEI accountability.

What you will do

Partner with AI centre leaders on role design and leveling.
Build sourcing strategies for niche ML skill sets.
Report hiring metrics to people leadership monthly.
