Systems Limited is hiring a Senior Senior AI Developer — enterprise LLM solutions on the AI practice team (Hybrid · Lahore, Pakistan). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Systems Limited is Pakistan's largest IT services and digital transformation company — banking, telecom, and government — with major hubs in Lahore and Islamabad.

Senior AI Developer (hybrid Lahore): deliver enterprise RAG, document AI, and agent workflows for global clients.

What you will do

Architect secure RAG solutions on client VPCs and cloud.
Build eval frameworks for accuracy and latency SLAs.
Mentor engineers on MLOps and responsible AI checklists.
