About this role

What the team is looking for and how this position fits.

Barcelona product design pod shapes how users experience our AI assistant—prompt libraries, tone kits, error copy, and multilingual nuance. Close partnership with PM, localisation, and ML eval teams.

Hybrid; Spanish and English working proficiency required.

What you will do

Author and maintain system/developer prompt sets with version control and change logs.
Run structured human eval sessions with clear rubrics and adjudication.
Align UX patterns for citations, disclaimers, and escalation to humans.
Coordinate translation workflows respecting regulatory phrasing nuances.
Instrument analytics linking copy changes to task success metrics.

What we look for

4+ years UX writing, conversational design, or content design for SaaS.
Hands-on familiarity with LLM assistants; Able to articulate failure cases.
Portfolio showing measurable improvement stories.

Nice to have

Figma prototyping with eng handoff.
Experience in regulated consumer apps.
