Wix is hiring a Senior Senior AI Developer — website copilots on the Wix AI team (Hybrid · Tel Aviv, Israel). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Wix builds website and commerce tools for millions of creators — AI copilots from Tel Aviv.

Senior AI Developer: GenAI site builder features with strict UX and safety evals.

Missions

Multimodal copilots for layout, copy, and media suggestions.
Regression gates on user-facing AI before release.
