Senior AI Developer — clinical copilots (Remote France)

Doctolib is hiring a Senior Senior AI Developer — clinical copilots (Remote France) on the Health AI team (Remote · Remote, France). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Senior AI Developer (**100 % remote France**): build **clinical copilots**, **documentation assistants**, and **scheduling intelligence** with strict **HDS-aligned** privacy, French medical vocabulary, and human-in-the-loop review.

You collaborate async with product, clinicians, and platform engineers; impact is measured in time saved per consultation and safe automation — not demo accuracy alone.

What you will do

• Design RAG flows over licensed medical content with tenant isolation and audit trails.
• Build eval suites for hallucination, PHI leakage, and clinical appropriateness before rollout.
• Ship LLM features in practitioner workflows (notes, triage hints, patient messaging drafts).
• Partner with legal/DPO on GDPR, HDS hosting constraints, and model vendor due diligence.

Stack & environment

• Python, PyTorch, LangChain, PostgreSQL, Docker/Kubernetes on EU cloud regions.
• Fully remote within France; French professional fluency required for stakeholder work.

What we look for

• 5+ years ML/NLP/LLM in production; regulated or healthcare domains strongly valued.
• Comfort with async remote collaboration and clear written specs in French.
• Eligible to work in France (CDI or equivalent).
