Orange Tunisie is hiring a Senior AI Developer — customer intelligence on the Digital AI team (Hybrid · Tunis, Tunisia). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Orange Tunisie connects millions across Tunisia — digital services and AI-powered care from Centre Urbain Nord, Tunis.

AI Developer (hybrid Tunis): Arabic/French NLP, churn analytics, and field ops assistants for mobile and fiber products.

What you will do

Fine-tune LLMs for support chat with dialect robustness.
Deploy churn and upsell models on CRM features.
Document models for group-wide AI governance reviews.

Stack & environment

Python, LangChain, PyTorch, SQL, Docker.
Hybrid Tunis; Arabic and French professional fluency.

What we look for

3+ years ML/NLP; Maghreb market experience a plus.
Eligible to work in Tunisia.
