Mistral AI is hiring a Senior LLM Engineer — remote Morocco (MENA) on the Model delivery team (Remote · Remote, Morocco). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Mistral AI hires LLM engineers remote from Morocco for multilingual model delivery.

Fine-tuning, evals, and serving with French/Arabic benchmarks and EU client constraints.

Missions

Improve model quality on public and customer eval suites.
Optimize inference cost/latency for enterprise deployments.

Stack & environment

Python, PyTorch, LangChain, Kubernetes.
