Ant Group is hiring a Senior Senior AI Developer — fintech copilots on the Alipay AI team (Hybrid · Shanghai, China). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.

You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.

Ant Group (Alipay) powers digital payments and financial services for over a billion users — AI risk and copilots from Shanghai Huangpu.

Senior AI Developer (hybrid Shanghai): fraud ML, merchant copilots, and credit risk models under financial regulations.

About Ant Group

What you will do

Build real-time fraud graph models and explainability reports.
Ship LLM assistants for merchant onboarding workflows.
Run shadow-mode evals before regulatory sign-off.

Python, PyTorch, Spark, LangChain, internal feature platform.
Hybrid Huangpu; Mandarin required.

5+ years ML in fintech or payments.
