Ant Group is hiring a Senior Senior AI Developer — fintech copilots on the Alipay AI team (Hybrid · Shanghai, China). This is a hands-on role in LLM & generative AI—not a generic “AI enthusiast” post.
You will own LLM features, retrieval, agents, and evaluation end to end: problem framing, offline evaluation, safe rollout, and iteration from production signals. Success is measured with clear metrics (quality, latency, cost, or business KPIs)—not slide decks alone.
**Ant Group** (Alipay) powers **digital payments** and **financial services** for over a billion users — AI risk and copilots from **Shanghai Huangpu**.
Senior AI Developer (hybrid Shanghai): **fraud ML**, **merchant copilots**, and **credit risk** models under financial regulations.
About Ant Group

What you will do
- Build real-time fraud graph models and explainability reports.
- Ship LLM assistants for merchant onboarding workflows.
- Run shadow-mode evals before regulatory sign-off.
